On Thursday, October 20th, 2011 The Maritime Command Museum held and event celebrating Women’s History Month.  Women in the Canadian Forces: A Proud Legacy is the theme for 2011.

Speakers were:

Gigi Pelletier – FMF Cape Scott
Capt Pamela Smith – CF Health Services
Marilyn Cleal – N00 Executive Admin Assistant

There was a showing of the documentary Sisters in Arms, a 45- minute video detailing the experiences of three women in the Canadian forces as they deploy to the frontlines of Agfhanistan.
